Firm Profile

Design 1 was incorporated in 1989 as an Architecture and Construction firm.  Presently, with 20 employees, our portfolio includes senior housing, resort condominiums, historic restoration, retail, office, industrial and wind energy projects.

Design 1 is committed to moving forward in our business.  We are constantly monitoring the changing technological environment, including green design concepts, and are educating our staff accordingly.  As Design 1 employees, we are investors in our company; therefore it is to everyone's advantage that we are reliable, on budget, on time, and loyal to each other and our clients.
