Firm Profile

Design 1 was incorporated in 1989 as an Architecture and Construction firm.  Presently, with 20 employees, our portfolio includes senior housing, resort condominiums, historic restoration, retail, office, and industrial projects.

Design 1 is committed to moving forward in our business.  We are constantly monitoring the changing technological environment, including green design concepts, and are educating our staff accordingly.  As Design 1 employees, we are investors in our company; therefore it is to everyone's advantage that we are reliable, on budget, on time, and loyal to each other and our clients.
