Design 1 News

Construction is nearing completion on the second building at The Inn at Terrace Point.  Phase 2 is made up of 2-bedroom units to go along with 1-bedroom units in Phase 1.  Phase 3 will include a lodge with lounge and meeting spaces.  The project is being developed along the shores of Lake Superior near Grand Marais, Minnesota.  When complete the project will include 39 luxury comdominium units for sale and rental.  For more information visit The Inn at Terrace Point.
